About the Author
Before becoming your consumer advocate, Nick Dersonan started working right out of High School for a finance company. He was not happy after seeing some of the ways that the company would squeeze extra profit out of unsuspecting customers and how they take advantage of people in need.
He decided to go to work for an auto dealer (thinking that things would be better). After working for several years as a salesperson and finance/leasing manager, he learned the negotiating techniques of the salespeople as well as the finance/leasing managers. Nick also learned about some of the hidden profit centers that are built into a car deal – information that only people in the industry know about.
Still not satisfied by the way some of the salespeople deceived customers; he worked his way through college and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics.
He took a job at a bank and worked on the other side of the business of consumer loans and leasing. He learned all of the guidelines that the banks follow for granting loans and the ins and outs of leasing.
Working directly with his customers, he was able to educate them on some of the finer details of negotiating an automobile purchase, which saved them lots of money and earned a loyal customer.
Nick was not satisfied with helping out just his personal clientele. So after years of seeing people get the short end of the deal from salespeople, he decided to do something about it and that is why he wrote Auto Buyer Tools.
Now you can have the knowledge that only people in the business have and save lots of money.
